| 1 | large onion |
| 4 | garlic cloves |
| 2 | cups water |
| 3 | tbls olive oil |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp allspice |
- DICE ONIONS AND MASH GARLIC.
- IN A LARGE POT ON MEDIUM HEAT, COOKED GARLIC AND ONIONS UNTIL TRANSLUCENT.
- ADD IN MEAT CUT INTO 1" PIECES.
- ADD IN SALT, PEPPER AND ALLSPICE.
- COOK UNTIL MEAT IS BROWNED.
- ADD IN GREEN BEANS.
- ADD IN TOMATOES SAUCE, STIR.
- TOP OFF WITH 2 CUPS WATER.
- BRING TO A BOIL,THEN LOWERING HEAT SIMMER 2-3 HOURS, OR UNTIL MEAT IS FORK TENDER.
- SERVE OVER WHITE RICE.
