Mushroom stuffed Beek steak Milanese with chicken and wine sauce
| 8 | oz beef steak |
| 1 | cup mushrooms |
| 1/2 | cup chicken broth |
| 1/4 | cup wine |
| 1 | tbs olive oil |
Saute mushrooms in oil until tender and release their liquids. Add both broth and wine and cook 5 minutes more. Remove from heat. divide the mushrooms between the steaks and roll up. Place the meat seam side dowm and place in broiler until done. About 10 minutes.Categories
