Drop biscuits

Makes 18 servings

Very easy biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1 cup milk
Directions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients.

  2. Cut in shortening until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  3. Add milk all and once and combine

  4. Drop by teaspoonfuls and bake at 425 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes
