| 1/2 | medium carrot |
| 1/2 | slice onion |
| 1 | tbsp balsamic vinegar |

| 2 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 10 | spears asparagus |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1 | cup cous cous |
- Trim off any excess fat or skin from the chicken breast.
- Create a pocket in the chicken.
- Chop the celery, onion, and carrot medium fine.
- Smash the garlic.
- Mix the mirepoix with the garlic and stuff it into the pocket.
- Salt and pepper the chicken breast.
- Slather with balsamic.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes (or until done).
- Coat asparagus with olive oil.
- Salt and pepper asparagus.
- Grill until tender and slightly charred at the tips.
