| 1 | lb chicken breast, cut into strips |
| 1/2 | tsp. dried chilies |
| 1 | tsp. paprika |
| 1 | tsp. cumin |
| 1 | tsp. dried oregano |
| 2 | tbsp lime juice |
| 1 | tsp red wine vinegar |
| 1 | red pepper, sliced |
| 1 | green pepper, sliced |
| 1 | yellow pepper, sliced |
| 1 | red onion, sliced |
- Combine the spices and seasonings in a bowl.
- Add the chicken and marinate for an hour. Heat spray oil in a frying pan or wok over a medium heat, saute the chicken for about 10 minutes.
- If chicken starts to stick add some water to the pan.
- Add the sliced peppers and onions and cook for a further 5 minutes.
