Lemon Bars Recipe

Made these bars for my work, and they really liked them. I would suggest using less sugar in the lemon filling and a touch more flour as they came out kinda liquidy.

Ingredients
8 tbs
1 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 cups sugar
4 tbs all purpose flour
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel
1 tbs powdered sugar
Directions
  1. Make the base of flour, butter, 1/2 c sugar. Press into a 8x8 pan

  2. Bake at 325 20 mins

  3. Make the filling with the other ingredients

  4. Pour over the base and bake 25 mins

  5. Sift a lil powdered sugar over the top

  6. Voila!
