This is a tart, tangy dressing for lettuce and other greens. Try it over endive. Option: Sprinkle with 2 ounces of blue cheese (this will increase the fat content considerably and lower the grade to a B-!)
| 1 | cup yogurt, low fat, plain |
| 1 | teaspoon vinegar |
| 1 | garlic clove |
| 1/2 | teaspoon dry mustard |
| 1/2 | teaspoon oregano |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 | teaspoon sugar |
| 1 | pepper to taste |
Blend ingredients together. Let stand 1 hour before serving. Keep refrigerated. Use on any leafy fresh vegetable, endive, or cooked vegetable.Categories
