my attempt to make some tasty and Healthful pancakes

Ingredients
1/3 c oat flour
1/3 c rice flour
1/3 c self-rising flour
8 figs (small)
1/4 cup pecans
1 egg
1 T peanut oil
1/3 c buttermilk
Directions
Mix all together nd cook on hot griddle.
