| 1 | tblsp peanut butter, natural, smooth |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
| 1 | cup ice |
- grind ice in mixer and add other ingredients
- i add some fibersure or some fiber supplement if its going to be my breakfast to hold me over longer
