great quick breakfast- filling and fueling

Ingredients
1 banana
1 tblsp peanut butter, natural, smooth
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup ice
Directions
  1. grind ice in mixer and add other ingredients

  2. i add some fibersure or some fiber supplement if its going to be my breakfast to hold me over longer
