Healthy Vegie Medily For Quick Main Mean (Chicken / Pork) Recipe

Vegies to Mix With Chicken Breast or Boneless Pork Chop for a fast and healthy meal

Ingredients
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup broccoli
1 small red potato
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
  1. Cut carrots and potato into slices and microwave for 7 min.

  2. Meanwhile, toss onion, zucchini, broccoli and olive oil in pan.

  3. Add either a small skinless, boneless chicken breast or lean pork chop w/out the bone and cook over medium heat.

  4. Drain the potatoes and carrots. Make room in the pan for the potatoes so they can brown slightly. Toss in the carrots.

  5. Cook until meat is cooked through and potatoes are slightly browned, (about 2-3 min. more)

  6. Very good for you, yummy too!
