Oats and Banana Smoothie Recipe

Makes 1 serving


This smoothie gives you a great and delicious tasting energy boost in the morning.

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/2 oz raisins
1/4 cup oats
1/2 banana
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions
  1. Cut a banana in to 2 pieces and freeze both halves.

  2. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.

  3. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
