This smoothie gives you a great and delicious tasting energy boost in the morning.
| 1 | cup milk |
| 1/2 | oz raisins |
| 1/4 | cup oats |
| 1/2 | banana |
| 1/2 | cup ice cubes |
| 1 | tsp sugar |
| 1 | tsp honey |
| 1 | tsp vanilla essence |
- Cut a banana in to 2 pieces and freeze both halves.
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy!
