Yummy floured chicken breast with bbq sauce and cheese. I found this recipe on bettercrocker.com.
| 1 1/4 | lb chicken breast, tenderloin |
| 1/2 | cup bisquick mix |
| 1/4 | cup milk |
| 1/4 | cup barbecue sauce |
| 1/2 | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
- Trim the chicken to your taste.
- Put bisquick in a shallow bowl. Feel free to add spices to taste (pepper, basil, etc.). Put the 1/4 milk in a second bowl.
- Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour, then milk, and finally coat the chicken in the flour mix.
- Place chicken in baking dish.
- Cook for 20 minutes at 425.
