Roasted Balsamic Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
8 ounces cauliflower
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Cut and clean the cauliflower and place in a large bowl.

  3. Mix the vinegar, parsley, sat and pepper in a small bowl.

  4. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cauliflower. Toss to coat evenly.

  5. Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the cauliflower and spread them around the sheet.

  6. Roast for about 15 minutes, shaking and tossing a few times. After 15 minutes, sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Serve!
