Spinach Feta Hummus spread for pitas, veggies, etc.
| 15 | oz garbanzo beans |
| 1/2 | cup fresh spinach |
| 3 | oz feta cheese |
| 1/4 | cup olive oil |
| 3 | tablespoons lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons tahini |
| 1 | teaspoon roasted garlic |
- Blend all ingredients together in food processor, adding the feta last.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator.
- Frozen spinach may be substituted for fresh, but don't use as much (I used 1/4 cup).
- I also used one clove of roasted garlic which suited my taste.
