Spinach Feta Hummus Recipe

Spinach Feta Hummus spread for pitas, veggies, etc.

Ingredients
15 oz garbanzo beans
1/2 cup fresh spinach
3 oz feta cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon roasted garlic
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients together in food processor, adding the feta last.

  2. Cover and store in the refrigerator.

  3. Frozen spinach may be substituted for fresh, but don't use as much (I used 1/4 cup).

  4. I also used one clove of roasted garlic which suited my taste.
