Strawberry/Banana Milk Shake Recipe

A quick and easy breakfast

Ingredients
1/2 pint semi skimmed milk
100 g banana
150 g strawberries
24 g whey protein
1/2 tspn cinnamon
Directions
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender, give it a whizz for 30-60 sec.

  2. Pour into a glass and serve.

  3. Makes about 1 litre of milkshake.
