A quick and easy breakfast
| 1/2 | pint semi skimmed milk |
| 100 | g banana |
| 150 | g strawberries |
| 24 | g whey protein |
| 1/2 | tspn cinnamon |
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender, give it a whizz for 30-60 sec.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
- Makes about 1 litre of milkshake.
