Homemade energy bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup rice crispies
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp strawberry jam
2 scoops whey
2/3 cup oats
Directions
  1. mix everything, get your hands in there

  2. make 17 balls or squares

  3. wrap in foil

  4. refrigerate to set shape
