Herbed Polenta Recipe

Makes 4 servings


Easy polenta with herbs. Serve grilled with veggies and chicken, with or without cheese and sauce.

Ingredients
3 cups water
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
2 tbsp basil
1 tbsp rosemary
Directions
  1. boil water

  2. add cornmeal

  3. turn heat to low, cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly

  4. spray cookie sheet with cooking spray

  5. spread polenta on sheet

  6. cool 45 minutes

  7. cut into squares and serve - can be grilled.
