| 3 | cups water |
| 1 1/2 | cups cornmeal |
| 2 | tbsp basil |
| 1 | tbsp rosemary |
- boil water
- add cornmeal
- turn heat to low, cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly
- spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
- spread polenta on sheet
- cool 45 minutes
- cut into squares and serve - can be grilled.
