| 2 | T olive oil |
| 3 | tbsp garlic |
| 1/2 | cup red onion |
| 1 | zucchini |
| 1 | yellow squash |
| 15 | oz. black beans |
| 15 | oz. white beans |
| 15 | oz. kidney beans |
| 12 | oz. diced tomatoes |
| 1 | can tomato paste |
| 16 | oz. frozen corn |
| 1 | quart vegetable broth |
| 1/2 | cup salsa |
| 1/3 | cup chili powder |
| 2 | tsp cumin |
| 1 | tsp paprika |
- Saute garlic and onion in olive oil in the bottom of large pot
- Add squash and zucchini
- Add beans, broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste and corn
- Add spices and salsa
- Bring to boil, then simmer for about 30 minutes
