Aaa Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Makes 4 servings




Ingredients
3 lbs red skin potatoes, raw
4 tbsp promise buttery spread light
1/3 cup light plain soy milk
2 tbsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp white pepper
Directions
  1. wash and peal potatoes then cut them into cubes and boil until completely tender; drain.

  2. somewhat mash them then add butter and soy milk; thoroughly mix while mashing any leftover chunks.

  3. add spices and mix well.

  4. enjoy!
