Ingredients
28 grams of whole-wheat pita bread
1 tablespoon of low fat cream cheese
50 grams of canned tuna
1 teaspoon of low fat mayonnaise
Directions
  1. cut open the pita bread

  2. spread the cream cheese in the bread

  3. fill it with the tuna

  4. you can add the mayo if you want to.
