Serving size about 3 tablespoons; you can make this even lower in calories by using light sour cream, but I don't like that stuff!
|
Ingredients
| 1/4 |
cup sour cream |
| 3 |
tablespoons vinegar (fruity, like raspberry) |
| 2 |
teaspoons sugar |
| 1 1/2 |
teaspoons poppy seeds |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon black pepper |
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together, or put them into a jar with tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously to combine.
- This recipe was taken (and modified) from the "Chicken & Fruit Salad" recipe at EatingWell.com. I reduced the sugar and increased the salt, and substituted regular sour cream (Tillamook) for reduced-fat sour cream.
