Spaghetti Bolognese Greek Way Recipe

Makes 4 servings


Spaghetti bolognese the way are done in some parts of Greece.

Ingredients
600 g spaghetti, boiled with salt
300 g minced beef,
1 onion, sliced
200 g tomatoes , blendered
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp olive oil
150 g cheese
50 g tomato sauce
Directions
  1. You put 1 tbsp of the olive oil in a frying pan medium fire. When its hot you add the onion and the minced beef and you fry it, make sure to steer.

  2. When the beef is ready you add the tomato sauce and the fresh tomatoes blendered, also the salt, the pepper and the cinnamon(not too much salt if your cheese is salty). Add some water and let it in the fire(medium to less) for half an hour add water if needed.

  3. Mean while boil the spaghetti like you normally do but at the end add the other tbsp of olive oil in the cooked pasta.

  4. When everything is finish serve with cheese. Enjoy!!!!
