Ingredients

medium banana, peeled |

cups frozen yogurt, vanilla |
| 1 |
cup chocolate milk, fat-free |
| 2 |
tbsp creamy peanut butter |
Directions
- Cut banana into 1-inch pieces; place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cover and freeze about 1 1/2 hours or until frozen.
- In a blender combine frozen banana pieces, frozen yogurt, milk, and peanut butter. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
