Tomato Brown Rice

Tangy brown rice.

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
2 cups water
3 tbsp tomato sauce
Directions
  1. Boil water and tomato sauce.

  2. Add rice. Cover and reduced heat to simmer.

  3. Stir occasionally. Cook until rice is tender. All the water should be boiled away.
