Egg Salad Recipe

for lunch

Ingredients
5 eggs, hard boiled
1 tbsp fat-free mayo
2 tsp mustard
Directions
  1. hard boil the eggs. peel the shells off, and mash eggs with a fork. cover and cool in the refridgerator for one hour.

  2. add mayo and mustard; mix until all egg is moistened. enjoy.
