(California Pizza Kitchen) Barbeque Chopped Chicken Salad Recipe

1/2 serving of CPK's salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
4 ounces chicken, barbecued
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup jicama
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. cilantro
1 tbsp. barbecue sauce
Directions
  1. Place lettuce on plate

  2. Add cilantro, corn, black beans, jicama and tomatoes

  3. Sprinkle Tortilla strips over salad

  4. Add Chicken on top

  5. Add BBQ sauce and dressing and mix as desired
