quick, easy, and light

Ingredients
18 oz solid albacore white tuna
28 oz whole wheat rotini
8 oz omega 3 smart balance mayo
4 oz blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup onion, diced
Directions
  1. cook pasta as directed.

  2. add tuna, blue cheese, and mayo together. add to cooked pasta.

  3. serve.
