| 1/2 | cup crunchy peanut butter |
| 1 | cup flour |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 | tsp vanilla |
- cream butter and sugar
- mix in egg, peanut butter and vanilla
- add flour, salt and baking soda.
- chill dough
- roll into balls and press down with a floured fork
- bake at 350 F for 10-12 mins.
