Quick, easy, yummy Mediterranean-style pizza, just like the flatbread pizza at Uno Chicago Grill!
| 65 11/20 | g whole wheat pita bread |
| 1 | oz reduced fat feta cheese |
| 5 | cherry tomatoes |
| 5 | kalamata olives |
| 1/16 | tsp garlic powder |
| 1/2 | cup spinach leaves |
| 2 | tsp parmesan, grated |
| 1/2 | tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Bake pita alone for 8 minutes, until crispy.
- Slice olives and tomatoes, and crumble feta. Place into container with lid.
- Mix all ingredients except pita by shaking together in the container.
- Spread mixture on top of pita. Optional: can not mix parmesan in with other ingredients, but rather sprinkle on top.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes, or until desired cooked-ness.
