Swiss Rosti Recipe

Goes well with Zurcher Geschnetzeltes (Creamy Swiss Steak). Traditional Swiss dish that'll comfort you on a cold day! :)

Ingredients
10 lbs Potatoes
4 Garlic Cloves
2 oz Pancetta
2 oz Proscuitto
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
12 oz Cheddar Cheese Soup
4 oz Gruyere Cheese
4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Onion
1/2 Leeks
2 tbs Country Crock
Directions
  1. Bake the potatoes at 400 with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil for about 20 minutes.

  2. Place in Crock Pot with all other ingredients for 2 hours on low.
