Veggie Penne Pasta Recipe

Add a veggie burger to include "meat sauce"

Ingredients
4 oz whole wheat penne
1/2 cup Pasta Sauce
1/4 white onion
1/4 cup black beans
2/3 cup broccoli
1/2 tomato
3 mushrooms
Directions
  1. 1) Spray pan with olive oil.

  2. 2) Let pan heat up to med high heat and add chopped garlic and all chopped vegetables.

  3. 3) Add seasoning and oregano. Allow veggies to cook thoroughly.

  4. 4) Add tomato sauce and cooked penne.

  5. 5) sprinkle with parsley and vegan cheese if desired.

  6. Enjoy!
