| 4 | oz whole wheat penne |
| 1/2 | cup Pasta Sauce |
| 1/4 | white onion |
| 1/4 | cup black beans |
| 2/3 | cup broccoli |
| 1/2 | tomato |
| 3 | mushrooms |
- 1) Spray pan with olive oil.
- 2) Let pan heat up to med high heat and add chopped garlic and all chopped vegetables.
- 3) Add seasoning and oregano. Allow veggies to cook thoroughly.
- 4) Add tomato sauce and cooked penne.
- 5) sprinkle with parsley and vegan cheese if desired.
