Crock Pot cooked, melt-in-your-mouth traditional Swiss Meat. It's great for a hungry group of kids, your hungry partner, or your hungry comfort-food needing self :). Made for the Swiss Alps ;D

Ingredients
16 oz Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Onion
6 cloves Garlic
1 cup Mushrooms
3 Celery Stalks
5 lbs Top Round Beef
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tbs Olive Oil
1 tbs Salt
1 tbs Pepper
1/2 cup Buttermilk
8 oz Evaporated Milk
Directions
  1. Chop up the onion (not too small; Large White works best for flavor) & place in the bottom of the crock pot.

  2. Dredge the meat in flour, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brown the meat in a big pan on all sides.

  4. Drop it in the crock pot

  5. Add garlic, celery stalks, mushrooms, water and condensed soup. The celery is just for taste so no need to chop it up...

  6. Heat on low for 9-10 hours. Take out the roast and slice extra thin for some yummy tender peices. :)
