Green beans with thai-style sesame sauce

Makes 4 servings

An asian twist on green beans :) Good for a lunch!

Ingredients
1/2 pound green beans, cut into 1-inch lengths
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
1 1/2 teaspoons tamari
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Directions
  1. Steam the green beans over boiling water until just tender.

  2. In a medium bowl, blend together the butter (cashew butter if possible), sesame oil, vinegar, honey, tamari, and ginger.

  3. Add the beans and toss to coat.

  4. Serve at room temperature.
