A simple Beef and Tomato stew with Pasta.

Ingredients
| 450 |
g stewing beef |
| 100 |
g red kidney beans |
| 1 |
onion |
| 5 |
g garlic |
| 1 |
tspn oregano |
| 1 |
tspn black pepper |
| 450 |
g chopped tomatos |
| 2 |
tbspn tomato puree |
| 10 |
ml Olive Oil |
| 150 |
ml red wine |
| 150 |
ml beef stock |
| 600 |
g spaghetti |
Directions
- *Pre-prepare the beans as per instructions.*
- Put the beef (in bite sized pieces) into a pan with the oil and fry until browned.
- Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic and fry for a further 5 mins.
- Add the wine and seasoning and cook for a further 5 mins.
- add the tomatos and puree, bring to the boil and simmer - stiring constantly.
- Mix in the beans and transfer to a ovenproof dish, cover and bake for 45 mins at 190c.
- Prepare the pasta as per instructions and serve with the chunky sauce.
