Jillian Michael's Slow Cooker Chile

Easy to prepare chili

Ingredients
1361 grams beef
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup chili powder
1 teaspoon red pepper
2 tablespoons tapioca
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
7 1/5 grams Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon, Powder, Dry
1 teaspoon black pepper
14 1/2 ounce beef broth
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and mix well.

  2. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.

  3. Stir chili well before serving.

  4. Sprinkle low-fat cheddar cheese on top if desired.
