| 200 | g digestive biscuits |
| 300 | g dark chocolate |
| 3 | tbsp golden syrup |
| 125 | g unsalted butter |
| 100 | g mini marshmallows |
- Melt butter, chocolate and syrup over a low heat.
- Pour off 125ml (4fl oz) of the mixture and set aside.
- Break up biscuits so some are in crumbs but there are some chucnks left.
- Stir biscuits into chocolate mix, then add marshmallows.
- Pour into 9-10" square tin, lined with greaseproof paper, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Cut into 24 squares and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
