Another variation on my other recipes.

Ingredients
| 80 |
g plain flour |
| 70 |
g oatmeal |
| 15 |
g dried skimmed milk |
| 8 |
g dried egg white |
| 2 |
egg whites |
| 400 |
ml skimmed milk |
| 40 |
ml Honey |
Directions
- Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the egg whites and milk and mix well.
- Leave to stand for 10 mins for the oats to soak.
- Fry as normal (with little or no fat).
- Serve with a drizzle of honey and fresh fruit.
