yummy low-carb bread
| 2 | cups flax meal |
| 1 | tablespoon baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 2 | eggs |
| 3 | egg whites |
| 1/2 | cup water |
| 1/3 | cup oil |

- Preheat oven to 350 F. Use a nonstick pan (a 9x13 or 10x15).
- Mix dry ingredients. Add wet to dry, and combine well.
- Let batter set for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken but do not leave too long. Pour batter onto pan.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until it springs back when you touch the top.
- Cool and cut into slices. Bread is best kept in the fridge.
