Foccacia Flax Bread Recipe

yummy low-carb bread

Ingredients
2 cups flax meal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3 egg whites
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup oil
Directions

  2. Preheat oven to 350 F. Use a nonstick pan (a 9x13 or 10x15).

  3. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet to dry, and combine well.

  4. Let batter set for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken but do not leave too long. Pour batter onto pan.

  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until it springs back when you touch the top.

  6. Cool and cut into slices. Bread is best kept in the fridge.
