Movie Smoothie

Makes 8 servings

Dessert type smoothie.

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups light soy milk
200 grams banana, frozen
300 grams strawberries, frozen
170 grams blueberries, frozen
3 tbsp fat free yogurt
1 ounce soy protein isolate
Directions
  1. Through everything in a blender and puree.

  2. Drink immediately. Refrigerate to keep. Lasts about 2 days.
