Ground Turkey Baked Eggrolls Recipe

The healthy alternative to fried eggrolls!

Ingredients
6 cups cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
2 celery stalk, diced
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 lb ground turkey
1 salt to taste
1 tbsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 black pepper to taste
1/2 cup egg beaters
20 egg roll wrappers
Directions
  1. Begin by chopping all of your vegetables. Make sure that you chop everything very fine, a food processor works great!

  2. Combine ground turkey, onions, and a little sesame oil in a large skillet. Cook meat ans onions until you see no more pink. Remove from the skillet and combine with the vegetable mixture.

  3. Cook egg beaters in skillet set on medium heat. When cooked thoroughly, dice up and add to vegi and meat mixture.

  4. On a clean surface, stuff the eggroll according to the directions on the package. Place on lightly oiled pan and bake at 450 for 5 minutes on each side. Serve with sweet chili sauce. Yummo!!!!
