A fresh and delicious salad, refreshing and perfect for the summer!

Ingredients
1/2 cucumber
15 olives
1 tbsp red onion
15 grape tomatoes
1 oz. feta cheese
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp cider vinegar
Directions
  1. chop cucumber & olives

  2. dice red onion

  3. quarter cherry or grape tomatoes

  4. combine cucumber, olives, red onion, and tomatoes

  5. crumble feta cheese over

  6. add oil & vinegar

  7. mix & serve
