| 5 | ounces dried rotini (2 cups) |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/4 | cup milk |
| 2 | tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese |
| 12 | ounces ground chicken |
| 2 | cup tomato sauce |
| 1 | cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces) |
- Cook rotini according to package directions, drain; rinse with cold water. Drain well.
- for pasta crust, in a large bowl combine egg, milk, and Parmesan cheese. Stif in drained rotini, spread rotini mixture evenly in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook ground beef until brown. Drain, stir in pasta sauce. Spoon meat mixture over baked rotini crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes more or until heated through and cheese is melted. To serve, cut into wedges.
