Quaker Recipe Cornbread Mini-Muffins Recipe

Makes 22 servings


Recipe on back of can, with splenda instead of sugar.

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup splenda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 egg white
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Mix wet ingredients.

  4. Combine.

  5. Pour into muffin pan.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden bown.
