Spinach and Cheese Omelette Recipe

An amazing omelette- if you love spinach this is fantastic!- lower the calories even more by only using one egg and one egg white if you choose!

Ingredients
2 medium eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tsp light margarine
1 oz fresh spinach leaves
1 slice fat free american cheese
Directions
  1. wisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper- put to side

  2. use margarine to melt on skillet over med heat

  3. add eggs to skillet- after eggs cook a little bit add spinach leaves flip omelette

  4. add slice of cheese - finishing cooking and plate

  5. enjoy
