An amazing omelette- if you love spinach this is fantastic!- lower the calories even more by only using one egg and one egg white if you choose!
| 2 | medium eggs |
| 1 | tablespoon milk |
| 1 | pinch salt |
| 1 | pinch pepper |
| 1 | tsp light margarine |
| 1 | oz fresh spinach leaves |
| 1 | slice fat free american cheese |
- wisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper- put to side
- use margarine to melt on skillet over med heat
- add eggs to skillet- after eggs cook a little bit add spinach leaves flip omelette
- add slice of cheese - finishing cooking and plate
- enjoy
