Veggie Scrambled Eggs

Makes 2 servings

veggies and eggs

Ingredients
5 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp milk
1 tomato, diced
1 onion, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, sliced
2 tbsp butter
Directions
  1. dice tomato and onion

  2. saute veggies in 1 tbsp of butter until tender

  3. beat eggs and milk in separate bowl

  4. scramble eggs and veggies

  5. add in cheese

  6. cook until done
