The Universe's Most Delicious Strawberry Protein Shake Recipe

Especially tasty after the universe's hardest weight training workout.
| 420 | grams strawberries, fresh |
| 150 | grams banana, frozen |
| 1 | cup light soy milk |
| 1 | cup water |
| 1 | ounce soy protein isolate |
| 1/2 | tsp almond extract |
- Soak protein powder over night in water.
- Freeze berries and banana.
- Pour everything into blender and let it sit 5-10 minutes to slightly thaw fruit. Mix it up with a spatula.
- Puree until smooth. Drink immediately. Refrigerate to keep. Keep approximately 2 days.
