The Universe's Most Delicious Strawberry Protein Shake Recipe

Especially tasty after the universe's hardest weight training workout.

Ingredients
420 grams strawberries, fresh
150 grams banana, frozen
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup water
1 ounce soy protein isolate
1/2 tsp almond extract
Directions
  1. Soak protein powder over night in water.

  2. Freeze berries and banana.

  3. Pour everything into blender and let it sit 5-10 minutes to slightly thaw fruit. Mix it up with a spatula.

  4. Puree until smooth. Drink immediately. Refrigerate to keep. Keep approximately 2 days.
