Pear Cobbler

Makes 8 servings

Fresh and light summer dessert!

Ingredients
4 cups pears, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup flour
4 tblsp butter
1 egg
1/3 cup milk, nonfat dry
1 cup water
Directions
  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in one bowl, then pour into baking dish or pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

  2. Cut butter into flour, until it resembles course cornmeal.

  3. Mix last 3 ingredients with flour mixture, until blended but not necessarily smooth. Spoon over pear mixture. Bake at 375 for approximately 45 minutes. Cool somewhat, and serve.
