Fresh and light summer dessert!

Ingredients

cups pears, peeled and sliced |
| 1/2 |
cup sugar |
| 1/3 |
cup flour |
| 1 |
tsp nutmeg |
| 1 |
tsp cinnamon |
| 1 1/2 |
cup flour |
| 4 |
tblsp butter |
| 1 |
egg |
| 1/3 |
cup milk, nonfat dry |
| 1 |
cup water |
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients in one bowl, then pour into baking dish or pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cut butter into flour, until it resembles course cornmeal.
- Mix last 3 ingredients with flour mixture, until blended but not necessarily smooth. Spoon over pear mixture. Bake at 375 for approximately 45 minutes. Cool somewhat, and serve.
