| 1/3 | cup cooked onion |

| 1 | tbsp bell pepper |
| 1 | oz fat free cheddar cheese |
| 1 | ounce turkey |
- sautee onion and mushrooms
- combine egg white and whole egg
- cook egg
- add all ingredients listed
- flip omelet closed
