Spinach omelet

Ingredients
1/4 cup egg whites
1 large egg
1/2 pack frozen spinach
1 cup cooked mushroom
1/3 cup cooked onion
1/2 cup tomato
1 tbsp bell pepper
1 oz fat free cheddar cheese
1 ounce turkey
Directions
  1. sautee onion and mushrooms

  2. combine egg white and whole egg

  3. cook egg

  4. add all ingredients listed

  5. flip omelet closed
