Make sure bananas are extra ripe! Also factor in 3/4 cup of zero sugar!
| 2 1/4 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 2/3 | cup skim milk |
| 1/2 | cup unsweetened applesauce |
| 1/2 | cup fat free plain yogurt (I only had vanilla with worked great!!) |
| 1 | cup fiber one |
| 3 | bananas, mashed (overripe) |
| 2/3 | cup egg beaters |
| 1 1/4 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 1/4 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 | teaspoon cinnamon |
| 1/4 | teaspoon nutmeg |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
Mix all ingredients together and cook in a preheated oven, set at 350 degrees, fahrenheit, for approximately 50 minutes!!! ENJOY :)Categories
