The Best Healthy Banana Bread!!! Recipe

Makes 12 servings


Make sure bananas are extra ripe! Also factor in 3/4 cup of zero sugar!

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup skim milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt (I only had vanilla with worked great!!)
1 cup fiber one
3 bananas, mashed (overripe)
2/3 cup egg beaters
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and cook in a preheated oven, set at 350 degrees, fahrenheit, for approximately 50 minutes!!! ENJOY :)
