Chicken-Broccoli Divan Recipe

Adapted from Campbell's 75th Anniversary Cooking in Minutes booklet by "Favorite All Time Recipes"

Ingredients
2 cups fresh broccoli cut into spears
1 cup grilled chicken
2/3 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp Margarine
Directions
  1. You actually need 1 1/3 cup chicken and a whole can of c 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup and 1/3 cup of 1% lowfat milk and 3 Tbsp bread crumbs but the items above were the only ones that could be located to make the calories correct for these correct items in the recipe.

  2. Preheat oven to 450.

  3. In 9 inch pie plate, arrange broccoli, top with chicken. In small bowl combine soup & milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. In cup, combine bread crumbs and melted margarine; sprinkle over cheese.

  4. Bake 15-20 min until hot & bubbly.

  5. Let stand for apx. 10 min to cool and settle.

  6. Serves 4 at 222 cal each.
