| 2 | cups fresh broccoli cut into spears |
| 1 | cup grilled chicken |
| 2/3 | can Cream of Mushroom Soup |
| 1/2 | cup milk |
| 1/2 | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1 | tbsp fine dry bread crumbs |
| 1 | tbsp Margarine |
- You actually need 1 1/3 cup chicken and a whole can of c 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup and 1/3 cup of 1% lowfat milk and 3 Tbsp bread crumbs but the items above were the only ones that could be located to make the calories correct for these correct items in the recipe.
- Preheat oven to 450.
- In 9 inch pie plate, arrange broccoli, top with chicken. In small bowl combine soup & milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. In cup, combine bread crumbs and melted margarine; sprinkle over cheese.
- Bake 15-20 min until hot & bubbly.
- Let stand for apx. 10 min to cool and settle.
- Serves 4 at 222 cal each.
